This writ petition has been filed against the provisional assessment notice dated 3.5.2024. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the electricity department Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey states that if the petitioner even now files his reply to the provisional assessment notice then the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 3. Under such circumstances, we provide that if the petitioner files his reply before the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today then the same shall be considered in accordance with law in the next two weeks of the filing of the reply. 4.
