Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the writ petition as the same suffers from incurable defects. He prays for the dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with correct prayer and proper pleadings. 3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. 4. Office is directed to return the certified copy of order dated 09.09.2024 passed in Case No.RST/1574/2024, as per relevant rules.
