By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation/application moved by the petitioner dated 17.12.2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5/Gram Sabha has made a statement before the Court that the aforesaid representation/application dated 17.12.2024 has already been considered and decided by a detailed order dated 08.03.2025 by the District Magistrate/respondent no.2. 4.
