Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Petitioner seeks a direction from this Court upon a private individual (respondent no.3 herein) either to return his Rs. 7,20,000/- given by him for purchase of a land or to execute the registered sale deed in pursuance of agreement dated 4th January, 2022. 3. From paragraph-10 of the affidavit accompanying the present writ petition it is clear that the petitioner had already filed original suit no. 259 of 2023 against respondent no.3 before concerned civil court for execution of agreement to sale dated 4th January, 2022. 4. Filing of this petition is an outcome of misconceived advise. Proper remedy of petitioner would be to press such civil proceedings already initiated by him before the civil court. 5.
