There appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and private respondents in respect of immovable property. We are of the view that such private dispute between two or more individuals cannot be directed to be decided by the administrative authority. 3. We decline to interfere in such private disputes, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent court of law for necessary relief. 4. This writ petition is consigned to record.
