Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pavan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company. 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by refusal of private respondent- insurance company to pay assured amount i.e. Rs. 7,00, 000/- to the petitioner after the death of his father on 21st October, 2021 against the policy taken by his father bearing Policy No. OG-20- 3328-8428-00000641 from the said company. According to the petitioner, the claim was validly lodged, well within time. The insurance company however disputes such claim. 4.
