Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady, who claims to be around 59 years of age. He asserts that though earlier she applied and had been issued passport but she has never travelled abroad. Son of the petitioner is settled abroad along with his wife and now she wants to visit them. It is stated that inadvertently, her date of birth had been recorded in the passport as 16th June, 1977 in place of 16th June, 1967.
