The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2025 in accordance with the Scheme of Gramin Abadi (Management and Regularization) Rules, 2011 and provide 10% abadi land to the petitioner. 2. Sri Shivam Yadav, counsel for the Development Authority states that the representation of the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid claim shall be decided by the Authority. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 06.01.2025 within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
