Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, counsel for the Development Authority states that the representation of the petitioner in respect of the aforesaid claim shall be decided by the Authority. 3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 21.11.2024 within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
