The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to decide the appeal beairng No. 310 of 2023, Computerized case No. C202302000000310, pending before him within a stipulated period as directed by this Court." 4.
