Petitioner claims that she has been accorded permission to establish a shop/stall for sale of fruit juice/milk/butter etc. Petitioner has also obtained registration certificate from the Department of Food Safety and Drug Administration. Grievance of the petitioner is that employees of the medical college are not letting her to run her stall without passing any orders. Submission is that petitioner otherwise is physically challenged. 2. Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by respondent no.3. 3. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon third respondent to get petitioner's grievance examined and to ensure that appropriate action, as may be warranted in law, is taken within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
