Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature Certiorari quash the impugned order dated 30-01-2025 (Annexure No. 12) Passed by the respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, District Siddharth Nagar The respondent no. 2 has not acceded the request made by the petitioners with latter dated 28-01-2025. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and restraining the respondents not to pass any order during the pendency of the Report under Section 64 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3.
