Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent- Development Authority to decide the representation (Annexure- 13) dated 28.09.2024 by a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the representation.
