This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner Vindhyachal Mandal, Mirzapur in proceeding under Section 38(4) U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and order dated 13.07.2022 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Bhadohi in proceeding under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that patta granted to the petitioner in the year 1982 has been cancelled in proceedings under Section 38 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006 initiated in the year 2022 by order dated 13.07.2022 without even issuing notices to the petitioner and the entire proceeding is in violation of principles of natural justice.
