The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Karchhana, District- Prayagraj, respondent no.2 to decide the case no. Nil of 2023 (Madho Lal & others Vs. Tariq Maqsood & others) under section 24 of the U. P. Revenue Code, 2006 which relates for demarcation of the Plot No. 231 area 0.1430 hectare and Plot no. 256 area 0.1250 hectare situated in Village-Dandi, Pargana-Arail, Tehsil-Karchhana, District- Prayagraj, pending since dated 28-8-2023 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in accordance with law." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned case is pending since 2023 before respondent no.2 for adjudication.
