The case of the petitioners is that they have not been paid compensation for their half share in the acquired land. According to them, the respondents have paid excess amount of compensation to their uncle Mangroo, although, the petitioners and their uncle should have been paid equal amount. The representation filed by the petitioners in this behalf dated 08.11.2024 before the competent authority is stated to be pending. The award dated 24.11.2016 mentions that the petitioners had filed objection on basis of their share but the same has been disposed of by observing that the same would be considered at the stage of disbursal of compensation. 3.
