And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Tara Chand Kaushal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the State-respondents. The petitioner intends to hold prayer meetings which are not being permitted by the State authorities. On the previous occasion, instructions were invited from the State authorities. Learned State Counsel has furnished instructions, which are taken on record. Its copy is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, the petitioner indulges forced conversion by offering various incentives. An FIR has also been lodged against the petitioner being Case Crime No.474 of 2023 in this regard. Charge sheet has also been filed against the petitioner. It is stated that merely for such reason, the petitioner's application for grant of permission to hold such meetings disguised as prayer meetings is not approved as intent of the petitioner is to do an unlawful act.
