This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the application/ representation moved by the Petitioner dated 28.10.2024, within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed on 02.07.2020. Despite the order being passed in the order 2020, the boundary marks have not been installed and demarcation has not been done. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 3- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Madiyahu, District- Jaunpur to get the demarcation done in pursuance of order dated 02.07.2020, expeditiously,
