Grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in para 17 is that at the instance of private persons, who have instituted the civil litigation, the district administration is not permitting the petitioner to enjoy his land. Instructions were invited. The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nautanwa, Maharajganj in his written instructions has clearly stated that none of the State authorities is interfering with the petitioner's right over the land. It is otherwise pointed out that there is a serious dispute going on between private individuals in respect of the property in question. The respondents further contend that a previous petition filed by the same petitioner being Writ Petition No.322 of 2025 has already been dismissed by this Court on 17.1.2025 which fact has been suppressed.
