The petitioner is claiming right in the plot through successive tranfer through original allottee namely, Uday Singh. 3. Sri Mahesh Chaturvedi, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri A.B. Singhal appearing for the Development Authority on instructions states that the plot was allotted to Uday Singh as his land was acquired. Subsequently the acquisition was set aside.
