It is alleged that payment due for the same has not been released to the petitioner. It is also submitted that the petitioner is also entitled for payment of interest for delay in making payment of the same in terms of provisions of contract/applicable policy. Sri Subodh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents states that such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent at the first instance. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent along with all details in support of such claim within a period of two weeks from today, which would got examined by the second respondent and appropriate reasoned order shall be passed in respect of the claim
