The following orders were passed on the previous occasion: "Petitioner is seeking correction in his date of birth in the Aadhaar Card relying upon a Secondary School Examination Marksheet issued by the National Institute of Open Schooling. In the Aadhaar Card the date of birth of the petitioner is mentioned as 10.9.2002. According to petitioner his date of birth is 10.09.2004 which is also mentioned in the Birth Certificate issued under the Registration of Births & Deaths Act, 1969 and, therefore, necessary correction in the Aadhaar Card be directed to be made. Sri Rajesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent, however, has produced photocopy of the High School Certificate of the petitioner, in which his date of birth is mentioned as 10.9.2002.
