By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no. 3 to comply the order dated 25.09.2023 passed against the respondent nos. 4 to 20 under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the complaint filed by the petitioner, the proceedings against the private respondents were initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The Assistant Collector, (Ist Class), Tehsil Bansdeeh, District Ballia on 25.09.2023 passed an order, as contained in annexure no. 5 to the writ petition, for the removal of encroachment, against private the opposite parties, but till date the said encroachment
