This is yet another misconceived petition. The petitioner has prayed for an appropriate direction in the nature of mandamus to take needful action on his application with regard to protection of his possession from certain persons specified in para 7 over the arazi mentioned in the prayer clause. The persons against whom relief is claimed are not impleaded as party respondent. We otherwise find existence of civil dispute between the parties in respect of immovable property. For adjudication of such dispute remedy would be before the competent civil court. Filing of a writ petition is an outcome of misconceived advise. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy before the competent forum in respect of grievance raised, this petition is consigned to records.
