State of U.P. and 7 others) has not been complied. Without making any demarcation, the State-respondents have forcibly laid chak road over the bhumidhari land of the petitioner. 2. Shri Anubhav Chandra, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time to obtain clear written instructions with respect to the facts noted above. 3. Put up as fresh on 08.01.2025."
