The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Tehsildar Koroan, Tehsil- Koraon, District- Prayagraj to decide the mutation case no. 3779 of 2023, Computer Case No. T202302030903779 (Usha Devi vs. Arun Kumar) under Section 34 of U.P.
