Petitioner's savings bank account has been frozen on account of involvement of account in a case of cyber fraud and a sum of Rs.17,500/- has been seized under the instructions of the investigating authorities and the petitioner is allowed to operate the account in excess of such amount. Once that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the concerned Magistrate, insofar as his account has been frozen under the orders of the investigating authority. No further interference in the writ petition is called for. Writ petition, accordingly, is disposed of.
