By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. This Court vide order dated 31.01.2025 directed the learned Standing Counsel to positively seek instructions in the matter and in case no instructions are received, the respondent no.2 shall remain present before this Court on the next date fixed. 4.
