Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner had applied for allotment of a house under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana, which claim has been rejected after it came to the notice of the authorities in an enquiry that petitioner has a house consisting of 5-6 rooms. He was, therefore, declared ineligible for allotment under the Scheme. Petitioner then alleged that certain unauthorized persons have been allotted house. The report clearly states that such allegations are factually incorrect. So far as the petitioner's claim is concerned, the reasons are not specifically challenged. On other issues relating to allotment to other persons, neither those persons have been impleaded as respondents nor specific allegations are made against them.
