Contention is that by raising construction of Welcome Gate, the petitioners ingress and egress to their plots and constructions is obstructed. 2. Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions. 3. Put up a fresh on 07.03.2025." Instructions are received by learned Standing Counsel copy of which is taken on record. Copy of this instructions is also being made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per the instructions the Welcome Gate is being erected by the respondents on their own land and there is a gap of almost 10 meters between each pillar. It is also stated that petitioners ingress or egress would not be obstructed in any manner by the construction of the Welcome Gate. Since the constructions is on the land of the respondents and there is no inconvenience caused to the petitioner, we decline to interfere in the
