This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the second respondent to decide petitioner's representation. A further prayer is to direct the respondents to pay her compensation for the damages caused by the respondent authorities. We have perused the writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, which clearly shows existence of private dispute in respect of land of Arazi No.421, which has various co-sharers. Page 58 of the writ petition to which Court's attention has been invited clearly demonstrates that there is a dispute of possession between the parties. Although learned counsel for the petitioner states that State Authorities have demolished her house but the writ petition is absolutely silent with regard to the details when such demolition has been carried out.
