Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the State respondents. While entertaining the writ petition, the following orders were passed on 27.02.2025:- "1. In the facts of the case, we call upon learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions from the respondents and apprise the Court as to what action has been taken on petitioner's application for issuance of death certificate. 2. Post as fresh on 11.03.2025." Instructions have been obtained from the authorities by learned State Counsel, according to which, the death certificate has been issued to the petitioner on 27.02.2025. It is also stated that the application was made Online as such it was not noticed and due to inadvertence, death certificate could not be issued earlier.
