Grievance of the petitioner in respect of issuance of passport is pending for the last two years. 3. In the facts of the case, we direct the respondent no.2 Regional Passport Officer, Lucknow to explain as to why petitioner's application for issuance of passport is kept pending for so long. 4. The order passed today shall be intimated to the respondent no.2 by the Registrar (Compliance) of this Court. 5. Post as fresh on 11.03.2025."
