At present it does appear that the payment of Rs.50,000/- has been sanctioned to be released in favour of the petitioner against work executed by it against Contract Bond No.04/EE/2021-22 dated 27.05.2021. 2. That amount appears to be outstanding since 2022. 3. Without entering into the merits, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to ensure due payment is made to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today together with due interest. If any part of the payment is to be declined, adequate reasons for the same may also be communicated to the petitioner within the same day.
