Petitioner claims for payment of compensation in Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana which has been kept pending primarily for the reason that the deceased was not recorded as a Bhumidhar. Subsequently, applications along with affidavit have been furnished before the authorities to state that the petitioner is a share cropper and in terms of the applicable scheme this claim can be accorded consideration. Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner would be got examined in accordance with law. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second-respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim as well as material to indicate that the deceased was a share cropper.
