The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Ist, Agra Division, Agra to decide the appeal no. 00648 of 2018 (Computerized case no. C201801000000648) under section 333(3) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950, filed by petitioner within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court under the facts of the case." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned appeal is pending since 2018 before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
