Following orders were passed in the matter on 27.2.2025:- "On the previous occasion, time was granted to learned State counsel to obtain instructions. Sri D.K. Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel raises an objection to the writ petition on the ground that the petition although is filed in the name of Sunil Nangia, but the affidavit in support of such petition is sworned by one Mohammad Raja Ali. It is stated that there is no pleading in the writ petition as to what is the locus of the deponent swearing affidavit to state facts on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment in order to address the Court on this aspect. Repeat as fresh on its turn.
