Petitioner has lost his wife and daughter in an accidental fire. A claim for compensation in accordance with Government Order dated 13.10.2022 is stated to be pending consideration. Since no action is taken, petitioner is before this Court. Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law. In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.2, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith a certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The concerned authority shall examine the petitioner's claim, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
