The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent-bank in seizing his Saving Bank Account No. 30027322297, State Bank of India, Branch Telierganj, Prayagraj. It is asserted that no details are being furnished as to why petitioner's account has been frozen. 3. Learned counsel for the Bank has produced a letter, from the office of the Director General of Police, Gujarat stating that there is a complaint before the cyber cell with regard to involvement of the petitioner's account, on account of which the account itself has been frozen. Communication of the Office of DGP, Gujarat has also been produced which requires any person making claim of such account to lodge an online complaint on the specified website. 4.
