It is alleged that petitioner was done to death after he objected to certain encroachment upon the State property. It is stated that the District Magistrate had promised various benefits but the same has not been provided. A complaint in this regard is also being made to the District Magistrate, Basti. Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner can be examined by the District Magistrate- Basti. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second-respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today, such claim of the petitioner would be accorded consideration by respondent no.2 within a further period of four weeks, thereafter.
