The petitioners are claiming compensation on basis of an award dated 24.8.2009 made by Special Land Acquisition Officer, Deoria/Khushinagar. 2. No revenue records have been filed in support of the claim. It appears that the petitioners have filed some representation before the District Magistrate for payment of compensation to them. 3. In our opinion, the petitioners should approach the Special Land Acquisition Officer, if so advised, in respect of their grievances and in which event, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4. The other prayer in respect of not taking any coercive action, which prayer is sought to be amended so that direction is issued to respondents no. 2 and 3 to decide representation made in this behalf, appears to be misconceived in case the land of the petitioners as they admit had already
