Petitioner is aggrieved by the demand notices issued for supply of electricity on account of which electricity connection of the petitioner has been disconnected. It is submitted that petitioner has already deposited various amounts and is willing to deposit the balance amount provided the electricity connection is restored. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent forum in terms of Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent raising objection to the demand and assessment orders, within two weeks from today. The petitioner alongwith copy of this order shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of her claim. Such claim of the petitioner will be got examined by the second respondent and an appropriate reasoned
