The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Appeal No. 1758 of 2024, Computerized Case No. C202401000001758 (Om Prakash and others Vs. Vishnu Datt and others), under section- 331(3) of U.P.Z.A.L.R. Act 1950 within specific period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to maintain the status-quo till the disposal of aforesaid case." 3.
