Pursuant to the order passed on previous occasion learned State Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which, specific order of suspension has been passed against the petitioner on the ground that shop of the petitioner situates within a distance of less than 50 mtr. from the religious place. Copy of instructions has been furnished to petitioner's counsel today in Court. 2. In view of the facts placed before the Court, counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh challenging the orders passed against the petitioner by the competent authority. 3.
