This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioner situated at Gata No. 76 at village Inayatpur, Post- Silai Badagaon, Pargana, Block and Tehsil- Milak, District Rampur illegally and without acquiring the land of the petitioner.
