This petition has been filed challenging the recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to recovery citation dated 16.8.2023. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the respondents points out that recovery citation has been withdrawn and an opportunity has been given to the petitioner to submit objection against the demand notice. It is stated that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined, in accordance with law. Once that be so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with the liberty to petitioner to submit his objection to the demand notice, annexing all materials in support of his claim together with a copy of this order within two weeks. Such claim of the petitioner will be got examined by the fourth respondent and an appropriate reasoned order would be passed within six weeks.
