The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 10.09.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, District-Azamgarh/respondent No.2(Annexure No.8 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to decide the case No.00451/2019, Computerized Case No.T201915060400451, Indrajeet and others Vs. Pancham and others, under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, afresh as per provision of Section 116/117 of the U.P. Revenue Code as well as Rule 109 of U.P.
