This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.09.2023 passed by the respondent No.3." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has has submitted that the order impugned is revisable under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, for which, petitioners have a remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy, as available to them, under section 210 of the U.P.
