This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus the Up-Ziladhikari Lalganj District Azamgarh to take necessary action for enforcing the Order dated 28.08.2023 passed under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, for the purpose of fixing stone as well as for putting the petitioner into the possession over the Plot being Plot No.439(M) Area 0.232 Hectare situated in Village R/o Village Sarai Khursu, P.S. Devgaon Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh, in the interest of justice" 3.
