The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to remove the illegal encroachment of the respondent no.5 from the land of Gata no.31/1 area 0.910 hectare which is the land of Gram Sabha situated at village Irkini Mandalpur, Pargana Akrabad, Tehsil Koil, District Aligarh and execute the order dated 24.01.2023 passed by respondent no.3. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 09.12.2024 within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
